Visioneering Studios // Marketing Director

Directed all marketing, communications, videography, and graphic design efforts contributing to Visioneering’s family of companies being profitable simultaneously for the first time. This includes meeting all yearly business goals despite COVID’s heavy impact on our core client base.

  • Launched updated website leading to a 29% increase in Google Search Impressions, 15% decrease in bounce rate, 30% increase in sessions and a 20% increase in overall session length. Further A/B testing increased time on page for key pages by nearly 200%.
  • Reframing our marketing strategy away from paid media towards strategic partnerships and referrals after identifying 80% of past clients came from those sources. Focused on building authority with our audience while helping them plan for the future – leading to a 30% increase in social engagement and webinars in 2021 influencing more than $2 million in revenue with a LTV well beyond yet in the years to come.
  • Led the transition from Infusionsoft to Hubspot – creating all marketing automations and sales playbooks, streamlining the customer pipeline, gathering historical data, and training sales staff and leadership on standard operating procedures.

Hillside Community Church // Brand Strategist

Championed the vision and mission of Hillside to the public, attendees, and staff to help drive double digit growth in attendance year after year by partnering across the organization to provide creative and strategic input to teams.

  • Created and led year-end giving campaign strategies that led to a 39% total increase in giving over a 4-year period beginning in 2016 – ending with an 18.3% increase in 2019. Of that, 53% of giving came from online platforms – a 165% increase.
  • Advocated and led a move towards digital marketing efforts that resulted in 25% of first-time guests being attributed to digital marketing sources and a significant decrease in costs.
  • Launched an initiative to develop new leaders to help meet the organization’s goals – resulting in the creation of a 10-week cohort for young leaders.

CrispX // Creative Director

As the creative and strategic principal, I was directly responsible for maintaining client relationships, developing project briefs, managing all production timelines, providing hands-on creative direction, and mentoring junior staff.

  • Grew the agency from one employee to six in-house creatives, along with outside freelancers.
  • Launched Syber Gaming’s flagship products working with international manufacturers for the creation of the product, packaging, and tech components for their line while developing consumer insights and personas to drive brand engagement and revenue.
  • Created the brand strategy and lineup for Honeycomb Powerbanks while managing their eCommerce strategy and supporting their sales team with packaging and display needs for national big box retailers.

Strikepoint Media // Senior Graphic Designer

Responsible for proposing and executing creative solutions for our clients in the financial services and financial education industry. This included designing creative solutions for branding, eblasts, landing pages, LMS and eCommerce pages, websites, and other marketing materials. I also provided support in maintaining creative standards in the work of other designers and developers.

  • Branding and graphic design support that helped take a start-up client from $0 to $100 million in revenue
  • Designed and helped optimize emails, landing pages, and other ad creative that drove thousands of leads – including the UI/UX design for an LMS platform that saw a 40% increase in students upon launch.
